My Story
I started baking back in 2023. At the beginning I definitely wasn’t the best, but I absolutely loved it and kept practicing and improving. Since then, baking has taken me on an amazing journey. I even won a competition and got the chance to go on a few radio stations.
Now, I’m incredibly excited to be on Today FM for four weeks, sharing my Recipe of the Week every Saturday between 9:15–9:45, where I give people baking tips, tricks, and ideas they can try at home.
All of this is in support of the Children’s Health Foundation through the Great Irish Bake. It’s such an incredible fundraiser that helps support seriously ill children and their families across Ireland.
I think it’s amazing that something I started just for fun—baking at home—has turned into an opportunity to help others. That’s why I wanted to set up this fundraiser and hopefully raise even more for such an important cause. Every bit of support means so much. 🍰💛
